First go to ‘User Roles and Rights’ under ‘Settings’. Click on ‘Add New Role’ if you want to define a new set of rules or else click on the existing rules to edit them. Name the role if you want to add a new role.
Now check the boxes corresponding to the rights you would like to give for a specific role e.g. For administrative roles you would like to give access to everything therefore check all the boxes.
Once you have checked all the appropriate boxes, click on ‘Submit’ to add a new role.
Now go to ‘Search User’ under ‘Settings’ to search for a particular sub-agent whom you want to assign the new role. Click on the corresponding result and from the ‘Subagent Role’ drop down select the role and click on ‘Save’.
