Farepool Account Settings
User management
Farepool.com puts you on a driving seat by giving its primary account holder administrative rights. Under ‘Settings’, click on ‘Create User’ to add a new subagent of your account. Fill the corresponding fields and click on ‘Activate User’ to give your subagent access. Select the role from the drop down to limit his work domain and access to your system.
To search for a specific user, click on ‘Search User’ and enter the parameters of the specific agent you are looking for.
