Click on ‘Bookings’ and in the drop down click on ‘Open Existing’. You will come to the search page where you can search for a particular booking in many ways:
- Booking ref: The number generated by Farepool.com once you have booked any deal
- Air PNR
- PAX first name
- PAX last name
- Ticket number
- Voucher number (for hotel/car)
- Trip start date
You can search for a booking with one or multiple entries. After entering the search parameters click on ‘Search’ to retrieve your booking. Click on it to go to its details.For more detailed information, refer to ‘Help Center’ on Myfarepool page
