Troubleshooting

I am not able to login as a travel agent.

Please make sure that you have activated your account by clicking on the confirmation link sent in the email from Farepool.com. Once done, your account will be activated and you would be able to login.


Why don't I see any log in fields for suppliers?

Suppliers are given access to the system once their applications have been screened and the kind of inventory to be uploaded has been mutually decided. This makes sure that Farepool.com puts the best content online for the travel agents.


Why can’t I see any controls or the logo on MyFarepool?

Go to ‘Tools’ and select ‘Internet Options’. In the applets( options at the top), click on ‘Privacy’ and choose ‘Advanced’. A pop up comes out. Check ‘Override automatic cookie handling’ and select ‘Accept’ on both the sides. Click on ‘OK’. The pop up would close. Now click on ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’ to apply the settings. Refresh the page.


Why can’t I see any action button on the right hand side?

Just refresh the screen to resize it. Alternatively, try hitting ‘Back’ and pressing the button again that took you the previous screen.
